Sunshine is a non-profit 501(c)3, self-supporting, interracial, non-denominational preschool/daycare open to all children from 6 weeks old and up to the age of 12 without regard to mental or physical handicap.

Corporate Board

Our program is governed and over seen by a group of concerned volunteer citizens of our community. This group meets at least once a month or more often when needed.
     
     
Our program offers the young child a Curriculum based exploration in the areas of science, nature, language arts, music, mathematics, geography, drama, and physical education.
 We have planned an exciting year of learning, playing and sharing for your child. While at Sunshine, your children will have the opportunity to be with a group of children and establish new friends.
     
Sunshine is designed to provide a secure, stimulating, and nurturing environment for your child when away from home, and to prepare them intellectually, emotionally, socially and physically.

Parents Advisory

Parents Advisory Committee works in collaboration with the volunteer board. Advisory committee also works to raise funds to provide the best educational equipment available.
     
Our program will not duplicate the kindergarten program, but will work in conjunction with it.
     
Teaching will begin at your child's present level of development. They will proceed at their own rate or capacity. This makes learning an individual matter.
